/ 03 — Billing
Questions we get asked.
What counts as a billable hour?
Time the unit is on shift and able to work. Charging, downtime and our maintenance windows are not billed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Each worker has a minimum shift length, shown on the rate card. After the first month you can scale up or down with a week’s notice.
How are we invoiced?
Weekly, every Friday, from the timesheet. You see the same hours we bill, broken down by unit and shift.
Do rates change for nights or weekends?
No. A robot costs the same at 3am on a Sunday as it does at noon on a Tuesday.
Your first shift could start in 14 days.
